Delivery Policy
Turnaround Times.
All of our products are custom made, by hand, right down to our high quality retail packaging right here at our production facility. All parts are made to the highest level of quality in the USA. We try our hardest to pack and ship orders immediately, but due to extended machining times, coating and plating turn-around and periods of high order volume, we occassionally become backordered or delayed in shipment.
We try to have all orders are shipped within 24-48 hours Monday - Friday 9AM - 5:30PM PST.
Note: We are closed on the weekends. All orders are fulfilled during our working hours, M-F, 9AM - 5:30PM PST. If you order on a weekend, or after normal processing time, for Next Day Air, or any express method, the package will be shipped out the following business day. Please understand, that it is impossible for us to ship on Saturday or Sunday, UPS or Fedex overnight, Second Day Air or 3-Day Express. UPS and FEDEX does not pick-up on weekends. It is physically impossible to ship your package on a weekend via UPS or FEDEX. All express shipping orders which come in past noon, will ship out the following day.
NOTE: To clarify expedite shipping.. If you order on Monday at 2PM PST, 2nd Day Air UPS, the package will not arrive at your location until Thursday. Our last pickup for Expedite shipping here in North Carolina, is at 2PM PST, and even if we ship out later that day, we do not have UPS, Fedex or USPS pickup until the following day. It is physically impossible for us to get a package on a plane that day.
We really want to get our product to you as fast as possible, but please work with us. If you have any questions regarding delivery times, please call us or email us. We will respond as fast as we can.
Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
USPS UPS FedEx DHL - Common carriers now are UPS and USPS, but if you need the package delivered by Fedex, we have a daily pickup, but would require you to call us.
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders shipping via USPS, excluding First Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. If you need tracking on a package, please contact us before ordering to modify the shipment process. Additional fees may apply.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
